Link to stuff post

It seems the forces of evil are trying to stop people from watching low quality shows. The link from before that listed loads of TV shows has disappeared.
SO.
Here is where they are now!!!

This is a temp site, it will move again!

Bill Heine post

I used to support Oxford United (In the eighties I had a season ticket for 3 seasons, they went from the 3rd to the 1st and then on to win the milk cup, beating QPR, haha), on the way to the match on a Saturday, invariably my dad and I would go past this sight in Headington.
Bill Heine, an American, erected this huge Shark in the roof of his house on the 9th of August 1986, to commemorate 41 years since the Nagasaki bomb drop. He fought long and hard to keep it there as Oxford City Council did not like it one bit. He proved it was safe and I am glad it is still there now.

He owned 'Moulin Rouge' a cinema which had the stripy cancan legs sticking out of them, these legs where later moved to Brighton and put on top of the 'Duke of York's', which he owned as well.
Before the Moulin Rouge was demolished and the cancan legs moved to Brighton, he had to fight to keep those cancan legs on the Moulin Rouge cinema, Oxford City Council deemed them to be advertising and thus they needed planning permission. So Bill changed the name of the Cinema to 'Not the Moulin Rogue' and won the right to have them without planning permission. Cunning!

He owned the 'Penultimate Picture Palace' in Oxford also. This is the cinema that I saw Reservoir Dogs about 15 times!

When I first moved down to Brighton, I thought that those cancan legs were following me!

The return of the Hawk-Moth cat post

Hawk moth returns, this time he has changed colour and looks sleepy.
I think he is about to do a bit of cocoonage.
Cool, I think he looks even better this time.

Yorkshire post

Storm Trooper COPS post

Its called TROOPS, funny as hell.
It's been around for a while though but this is the first time I have seen it.
Good bit is when they say “We didn’t find the droids we were looking for”–distracting from the fact he just got messed up by a Jedi mind trick.
Enjoy.

Big Brother will shout at you from a post

Apparently BB is going to shout at you in the street next time you do something 'wrong'.
Read article here.
I don't think there is a law yet for doing the finger to the camera when it does it to me!

Sick post

Sorry, I think it is funny, no?

Look what I found in me kitchen post

Found this bad boy in my kitchen yesterday. That spikey bit is on its bum.
I found out that it is a Convolvulus Hawk-Moth.
The Convolvulus part refers to the fact it likes the Bindweed in my garden.
Anyway, it scared the hell out of the kids, except Joseph of course!

Truth is out there post

Click this 9/11 If you cannot be bothered to watch them all, watch Part 4.

One day the truth will have to come out, the official story is so obviously bullshit. What really did happen then?
I believe something very very sinister happened, more sinister than what they want us to believe.

I'll give you strange, post.

In a good humored response to Paranoid Mod's strangeness.
I present this little gem of brilliance. Here.
Here is them doing Duck and Roger the Horse!

I think I was about 17 when I first saw this band, did lots of shrooms in a sandwich whilst on the Oxford bus going to the gig. Sarah fainted, I think, we wrecked (moshed) so much, I swear I lost about a stone in weight. From the first time I saw the Cardiacs, I became completly obsessed with them.
Shouting 'Who is him, who is him, it's Jim! it's Jim!' and other random shit like 'Show us your bottom' 'It's all snowy in the pond' etc.. ;) Their mixture of crazy childrens rhymes mixed with mental guitars and drums just sent us loopy. Was a very good trip.

Here is another clip of them in concert, doing Big ship.

They are playing a gig at the Astoria on the 10th November! Info here. OMG! Might have to go, somehow!

New chess piece post

The Monk has been introduced to the game of chess.
There were gasps as the piece was unveiled before the world’s media by Former Grand Master Uri Yelanov and Carol Vorderman.
‘It is very exciting’ said Yelanov, ‘the monk can move three spaces horizontally or diagonally and occupies the starting positions of the middle two pawns that the monks now replace.
Ideas that were rejected by the World Chess Federation included;
‘the Archer’ which allowed you to cheat,
’the Tardis’ which could go back in time and undo stupid moves you did ten minutes ago and
‘the B52’ which allowed you to blow up all your opponents pieces before the game had even started.

This is a joke, btw, i think!

Let me put it all in perspective for you post
